1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service form a legal agreement between you and ADIOS CBD, LLC, a company registered at 3989 N Dillon Way, North Ogden - 84414, United States United States (HK). By visiting our website, installing one of our games, creating an account, joining a playtest or using the cloud save service, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or the games. You may stop using the service at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account as described in the privacy policy.

These terms apply together with our privacy policy, which explains how information is handled. Where a game store or platform publishes its own terms, those terms also apply to your use of that store. If there is a conflict about the use of the game, these terms govern the relationship between you and ADIOS CBD, LLC to the extent the law allows.

2. Definitions

In these terms, the words below have the meaning given here. The company means Adios Interactive Limited. The studio means the development practice operated by the company, which appears in some places as Adios Studio. The games means the casual mobile titles published by the company, including their content, updates and live features.

The services means the website, the games, the cloud save system, the daily quest calendar, the seasonal events and the playtest programme, taken together. The account means a record created to identify you and to hold your progress. Virtual content means in game items, badges, keepsakes or currency that have no cash value outside the game.

A playtest means an invited session in which a player tries an early build and shares observations. A store means an application marketplace through which a game is distributed. Applicable law means the law that governs this agreement under section 20.

3. Eligibility

You may use the services if you are old enough to form a binding contract in your place of residence, or if a parent or guardian agrees to these terms on your behalf. Where local law sets a minimum age for online services or for consent to data processing, that minimum applies.

If you are a parent or guardian and you allow a child to use a game, you accept responsibility for that use, including any purchase made through a store account. We encourage families to review the store settings that control purchases and to keep passwords private.

You may not use the services if you have previously been removed for a serious breach of these terms, unless the company has agreed in writing to allow your return. Access from a country where the service is restricted by law is not permitted.

4. Accounts and Guest Play

Many of our games can be played as a guest without an account. A guest profile is tied to the device, and progress may be lost if the app is deleted, the device is reset or the local storage is cleared. Creating an account links your progress to a sign in and allows it to be restored on a new device.

You are responsible for keeping your sign in details secure and for activity that happens under your account. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, change your password and write to hello@adios.rest so that the team can help. We may suspend an account while a security concern is investigated.

One person may hold one account. Sharing an account with another person is not permitted, because it confuses progress records and undermines the fairness of events. We may remove accounts that appear to be shared, duplicated or created to evade a restriction.

You can request deletion of your account at any time. Deletion removes the profile and the cloud save records associated with it. Some records may be retained for a short period where the law requires it, as explained in the privacy policy.

5. Licence to Use the Games

Subject to these terms, ADIOS CBD, LLC grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non exclusive and non transferable licence to install and use the games for your own non commercial entertainment. The licence covers the version you install and any update the store delivers to you.

The licence does not give you ownership of the games or their content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense or create derivative works from the games except where the law expressly permits it. You may not reverse engineer a game to extract its source code, its art or its data, except to the limited extent that the law allows and a lawful purpose requires.

A game may include open source components that are licensed under their own terms. Those terms apply to the relevant component and are made available in the credits screen of each game.

6. Cloud Saves and Progress

The cloud save service is offered to help you continue play across devices. While we work hard to keep saves safe, no storage system can be guaranteed to be free of fault. We recommend that you keep the app installed on your primary device and allow automatic sync to run.

When two saves differ, the service keeps the most recent meaningful session and holds the other as a temporary recovery copy. You can review the last sync and restore a recovery copy from the account screen. If a save cannot be restored, contact support with the identifier shown in the settings, and the team will investigate.

The company is not responsible for the loss of progress caused by a device fault, a deleted app, an uninstalled game, a cleared storage or a store account issue, except where the law requires otherwise. Where a loss is caused by a fault in our own service, we will make reasonable efforts to restore the record from a backup.

7. Daily Quests and Live Operations

The daily quest calendar is provided to give players gentle reasons to return. Quests are optional, rewards are modest and no quest is required to enjoy the core game. The calendar may change to improve pacing, to correct a mistake or to reflect an event, and the company may retire a quest type without notice where necessary.

Live operations activity, including scheduling, maintenance and content rollout, may cause short interruptions to online features. We aim to schedule maintenance during quiet hours in the United States and to announce planned downtime inside the game where possible. Unplanned interruption is sometimes unavoidable.

You may not use automated tools, scripts or modified clients to complete quests, because such tools distort the experience for everyone and can harm the game systems. Accounts that use automated tools may lose access to live features.

8. Seasonal Events

Seasonal events are limited time additions with their own art, objectives and keepsakes. An event is available for the window announced in the game, after which its playable content is archived and its keepsake remains in the collection for players who earned it.

An event may be modified, extended or withdrawn if a technical issue arises or if the schedule must change. We will communicate a material change in the game message board. A player who misses an event does not lose essential progress, because events are designed as invitations rather than obligations.

Keepsakes are virtual content and have no cash value. They may not be sold, traded outside the game or transferred to another account. See section 9 for the rules that apply to virtual content.

9. Purchases and Virtual Content

Some games may offer optional purchases, such as an expansion pack, a cosmetic set or a one time ad removal. Purchases are processed by the store through which you installed the game, and the store terms and refund policy apply to the transaction. The company does not receive your full payment details.

Virtual content is licensed to you, not sold. It has no cash value, may not be redeemed for money and may not be transferred to another person or account, except where the law requires otherwise. Virtual content may change in appearance or function as a game is updated, and it may be discontinued when a game retires, with reasonable notice.

Purchases made by a child should be authorised by a parent or guardian. We encourage parents to enable the purchase restrictions offered by the store and to keep purchase passwords private. If you believe a purchase was made in error, contact the store first, then write to us so that the team can help.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the services in a way that respects other players, the team and the law. You must not use the services to break a law, to harm a person, to distribute malicious software, to interfere with a game system, to gain an unfair advantage or to access a record that does not belong to you.

You must not attempt to probe or test the security of a system without permission, to overload a service with automated requests, or to bypass a technical measure that protects a game or a service. If you discover a security issue, please report it privately to hello@adios.rest instead of sharing it publicly.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory or discriminatory, and you must not impersonate another person or the company. Where a game offers a chat or naming feature, you must follow the same standards that would apply in a public place.

We may remove content and suspend or end access where a breach occurs. We act proportionately, taking account of the seriousness of the breach and any previous warning. A serious breach may result in immediate removal without a prior warning.

11. User Content and Feedback

A game may allow you to create content such as a display name or a short message to a friend. You keep ownership of that content, and you grant the company a non exclusive, world wide, royalty free licence to host, display and process it as needed to operate the game. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except where it has been shared with another player.

If you send us a suggestion, a bug report or any other feedback, you agree that we may use it without restriction or payment. Feedback helps a small studio improve its games, and we are grateful for every clear report. We will not publish your name alongside feedback without your permission.

12. Playtest Participation

A playtest is an invitation to try an unfinished build. Playtest builds may contain bugs, may change without notice and may be discontinued. By joining a playtest, you agree not to record, publish, stream or share the build outside the cohort unless the company has given written permission.

Cohorts are small, and places are limited. Invitations are personal and may not be transferred to another person. If you cannot attend, please tell us so that the place can be offered to another player.

Observations shared in a playtest are used to prioritise fixes and are handled as described in the privacy policy. A summary is shared with participants after each session. We ask participants to be honest, specific and kind, because a clear observation is worth more than a polite silence.

13. Intellectual Property

The games, the website, the studio name, the trademarks and all related art, code, sound and text are owned by ADIOS CBD, LLC or licensed to it. These assets are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws in the United States and around the world.

You may not use the company name or a studio mark in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership without written permission. You may share screenshots and short clips of a released game for personal or journalistic purposes, provided you do not imply that the work is your own.

If you believe that content in a game infringes your rights, write to hello@adios.rest with the details of the work, the location of the content and a statement of your rights. We review every notice promptly and remove content where a valid claim is established.

14. Third Party Platforms

Our games are distributed through app stores and may link to third party services. Those platforms have their own terms, privacy notices and rules for purchases and refunds. Your relationship with a store is separate from your relationship with the company.

The company is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of a third party service. A link to a third party is not an endorsement of everything that service does. If a third party service stops working, we may remove the link or replace it with an alternative.

15. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the services available and to announce planned changes in advance. However, a game may be updated, paused or retired, and a feature may be withdrawn if it is no longer sustainable, if a partner changes a platform rule or if a security issue requires it.

Where we retire a game, we will give reasonable notice inside the game and on the website so that players can use any remaining content. We will also explain what happens to cloud saves and to any virtual content during the retirement period.

We may change these terms from time to time. The process for doing so is described in section 21.

16. Disclaimers

The services are provided on an as available basis. To the extent permitted by law, the company makes no warranty that a game will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components, or that a defect will be corrected within a particular time.

We take care with our content, but a game is entertainment and not advice. Nothing in a game should be relied on as professional, medical, financial or legal guidance. Any decision you make outside the game is your own.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right that the law gives you and that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer rights that apply in your place of residence. If a provision of these terms conflicts with such a right, the right prevails to the extent of the conflict.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill or loss of anticipated saving, arising from the use of or inability to use the services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the total liability of the company for a claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid to the company for the relevant game in the twelve months before the claim. Where the game was obtained at no charge, the total liability is limited to a reasonable amount.

Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the company against a reasonable loss, cost or expense that arises from a claim by a third party caused by your breach of section 10, your misuse of a service or your infringement of another person rights. This obligation does not apply where the loss is caused by the company own fault.

We will notify you of a claim that might fall under this section and will allow you to take part in the response. We will not settle a claim in a way that admits your fault without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld.

19. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. If you hold an account, you may request deletion, and the team will process the request subject to the retention rules in the privacy policy.

We may suspend or end your access where you breach these terms, where a security risk requires it, or where the law compels it. Where a suspension is temporary, we will explain the reason and the conditions for restoring access. Where access is ended permanently, you may appeal by writing to hello@adios.rest.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including sections 13, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 22, remain in force after access ends.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah in the United States. The courts of the State of Utah have exclusive jurisdiction over a dispute arising from these terms, subject to any right you have under a mandatory consumer law in your place of residence to bring a claim locally.

Before starting a formal claim, please write to hello@adios.rest with a clear description of the issue. Many disputes can be resolved through a short conversation. We will respond within ten business days and will try in good faith to find a fair solution.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect a change in a game, a change in the law or a clarification of how we work. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page and publish a short note on the website and inside the affected game.

Where a change is material and reduces your rights, we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect. If you do not agree with a change, you may stop using the services and request deletion of your account before the change applies.

22. Severability and Entire Agreement

If a provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision is replaced by a valid provision that best reflects the original intention, and the change affects only the extent required by the finding.

These terms, together with the privacy policy and any additional terms shown at the point of a specific feature, form the entire agreement between you and the company about the services. A failure by the company to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

You may not assign your rights under these terms without the written consent of the company. The company may assign its rights to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or transfer of assets, provided the successor honours these terms.

23. Contact Us

Questions about these terms, a request relating to an account, or a notice under section 13 should be sent to the studio. A member of the team will reply and, where the question is technical, an engineer will join the response.
