Three common questions
How quickly does the studio reply?
Every message is read by a member of the team and answered within two business days. Project briefs receive a short acknowledgement on the same day when they arrive during Mountain time business hours, followed by a fuller response once the team has discussed the idea.
Can I join a playtest cohort?
Yes. Cohorts are small and invitation based, and new players are added before each build. Send a message with the subject playtest invitation request and mention the device you use. We will contact you before the next window opens.
Do you work with studios outside the United States?
We do. The team works comfortably across time zones and schedules review calls to suit both parties. Most collaborations run remotely, with studio visits arranged when a project reaches a major milestone.
